The company MW-Machines, founded by Martin Wögerbauer, has taken over the company Auer Werkzeugmaschinen. Martin Wögerbauer previously worked in mechanical manufacturing for 10 years.
The company Auer Werkzeugmaschinen thus remains in the family.
The company Auer Werkzeugmaschinen is an internationally active company that specialises in trading with used machine tools and is based in Austria. Through the acquisition, MW Machines will strengthen its market position and expand its portfolio of machines and spare parts.
We are proud to continue to provide our customers and suppliers with first-class machines and spare parts in the future. The acquisition of Auer Werkzeugmaschinen by MW Machines will help to achieve our goals in this respect.
